Veronika is an Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, educator, ambassador and blogger.

Veronika has also been contributed to numerous Australian publications such as Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Triple White, Body and Soul, Marie Claire and Oxygen Magazine just to name few. She is  a co-founder of Chief Bar and Beauty Food, founder of Agoga Functional Training Course. Also a  Matrix Fitness Master Trainer and FitGenes practitioner.

Long distance running is Veronika’s passion and she completed numerous fun runs, marathons and ultra-marathons, including the biggest trail ultra marathon in the world, UTMB (Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc).

Veronika’s qualifications include Accredited Exercise Physiologist (Exercise and Sport Science Australia), Nutritionist (Postgraduate Certificate III in Human Nutrition), FitGenes practitioner, Strength and Conditioning Coach Level 2 (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association), Sports Coach Level 1 (Sports Medicine Australia), Certificates III and IV in Fitness, Accredited Cardiac Technician and many other fitness-related qualifications.

Veronika specialises in nutrition (see her services) and training not only for general health and sports performance but also for anti-ageing and longevity.
